It looks like Chapman made some bad investments. VTSS is also one of the Hedge Fund's owning(s).

Within the article it is requesting the same from VTSS. I don't know when the filings for SNRR will be done. I believe one of the recent SEC filings said Mid July. (I'll look at over the weekend).
