I like how this news is absolutely un-informative, except for the knowledge I've learned about Migraine headaches.
They could be far more revealing with the terms of the LOI. BOD are a bunch of BDA (big dumb asses). How many shares will this cost via CD. What's DSCR's stake? Does it have anything to do with CBDs or MMJ? Or is this just another wild potential JV, where they are biting off more than they can chew?
