RV, two years ago we came out of a SABOTAGE of our drug. We NEVER EVER in ALL the HISTORY of PPHM have had the level and detail of information as we do now (thanks to the disclosures in PACER due to the lawsuit against our CRO, CSM in Fargo, ND).

We HAVE in the period before the sabotage heard management say they did their day jobs at night (due to the overwhelming interest of other companies). And we know from PACER that an elaborate AbbVie agreement was ready to sign (including much more then just money but complete support in marketing etc).

But EVEN, if we compare today with those 'many years' you refer to then....NEVER HAS PPHM BEEN SO EXPLICIT about talking with world-leaders (Pharma/Biotech). Many made fun of CEO King's 'collaborations' statement because we didn't see them...well now they start to surface. Now that there is something to show for several surface, not by PR, but by the publication of their work.

And if you absolutely want to claim that we are hearing things for many years and nothing happens then pls explain the AstraZeneca deal. Explain why Memorial Sloan Kettering wants to be involved with Bavituximab and CEO King anticipates future clinical trials that will be MSK driven. Why all KOL's, who were claimed to just be on PPHM's pay-roll for standing of name association, start to be very active in preceding conferences for PPHM or participate at round tables or do scientific in/ex-vivo research with bavituximab, etc.

For one to say that what we hear today from PPHM is the same as what we hear for many years is a SEVERE ERROR in comparison IMO.
