There is something coming next week either a PR or a coverage. I don't know the content of the news and don't know the exact date of the news.

With accepting of ophran status of iplex by EMEA, Insmed is to file NDA in EU in August. They have all data ready (some presentated in ENDO). Insmed also is looking for a partner in EU and co-clinic-trial partner in US to work its pipelines.

The Court patent pre-trial ruling on claim construction did a great damage to Insmed's stock price. The company believes they can still manufacture and sell iPlex. By the end of this year or earlier next, Insmed will use Pfenex to make room-temp-stable iPlex. Dowphrama owns patents to make iPlex proteins using pfenex. Dowphrama provides the same technology to CBM (Cambrex) to make Increlex.

No word about TRCA VA unfair lawsuit case. Seems like Insmed ignores the case. Hope someone who has PACER access can tell us something.
