In November an sec report shows Dabney passed out 163,000,000 shares of stock to a group of pretty much useless people , people who have no business in a medical company but most fit nicely into a stock scam...pretty much marginal types who did what for tons of shares we do not know...but it's how Dabney got rich ...defrauding sick people and investors...pos needs to be stopped
