Zeev,

There is one thing I would like to clarify... When I say CDMA, I mean any type or variant of CDMA (WCDMA, TDS-CDMA, etc). It is my understanding that any type of CDMA used will not function properly without stepping on at least one of QCOM's patent rights. Therefore no matter which variant becomes the most dominant, QCOM will recieve payment or the infringing party will face litigation in which QCOM has never lost. I don't want to make it sound like they are bullet proof because anything can happen over time, but so far they are pitching a perfect game.
