Our Company represents the owners of two hydroelectric projects in the Republic of Panama.

We are seeking a partner for the development of two hydroelectric power plant projects with a total estimated budget of US$212MM.

The ideal partner is an experienced entity who will participate in the project, for the medium to long term, by means of financing, construction, and operational management of the activity. Other options will be considered.

An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) will have to be signed before any exchange of confidential information. Additional information will be requested from parties interested before presentation of the project.
