Good Monday Morning,

I spent the last 5 days traveling the North East. We had great distributor meetings for both Road Kill and AND. Everything is progressing well there. We are positioning ourselves well for the New Year. I also talked new projects with distributors to get their feedback. The weather was such that it allowed us to do a couple a sampling events over the weekend. Working with sales people, going store to store, then working with management makes for long 15-18 hour days. But worth every lost hour of sleep.

I am back in SD now.
Everyone has the same question as I do: What is happening with the Fernhill shares. The simple answer is I don't know yet. I know you guys think this is a simple thing, but I assure you that it's not. Anytime you're dealing with 4 lawyers, DTC, FINRA, 2 transfer agents and about a thousand random shareholders, it takes time. I received about 100 emails and 50 text messages over the weekend telling me what a 'piece of s@$t I am", so thank's for that! Nobody wants to get this done more than I. Everyday this costs me lots of money. That's right, me, not the Company.me.
I am on it. I will try to get as much information as I can today. I don't know where the process is, but I will try my best to find out today. If I get any information, I will update everyone tomorrow. If I don't get any information I will let you know that too.
