James....a wookie view...it is just as it sounds...bulk is the bioreactor area where many liters of product are produced.

That bulk material gets sent to the Fill and finish area....aka....individual dose vials and labeleing....this is what CSM does.

If Peregrine had its own in house fill and finish it would be one less thing they had to pay someone else.

Barriers to entry? Can't be that hard as we already have the expertise with AVID but we may need to hire a VP very familiar to run that side.

Heck...the less transport the better....runna pipe right through a wall and fill the vials I say!!!!

Can't wait to see what the pros say.
