So your idea of TMM doing fine is over a million dollars wasted on a losing lawsuit, three+ years of having any business possibilities frozen since they are being accused of tech theft, and in the meantime zero revenues, zero customers, zero everything and they dont even answer the phone or email anymore.

I would hate to see your idea of them doing badly if thats doing fine. LOL
