You should buy when people are scared or a stock is hated. In USAR case I believe if you take a chance and buy at these levels you will be chasing the ask higher or you might miss the bus and regret your decision to watch from the sidelines. Some of us has over $30K here and we are not worried because we know what we own and we want to score a BIG win which we know USAR has the potential to make that a reality. Good luck :))
