Completely false on several levels. The first of those wells was a wildcat well. The rest were different prospects within the same basin which, by definition, are NOT wildcat wells. They were not basin opening wells and everyone knows it.

And it is also false that the dry hole example I gave was a small basin. The opposite is true. It is larger than the basin where oil was found and it is also closer in proximity to ERHC's block.
