They are liquidating assets to pay off creditors we know. They a recvd 120MM post petition DIP loan from many banks. They are clearly selling "substantially" everything but what makes you so certain on this board that CDI cannot restructure out of all this and the common stock could survive? How can you say with certainty that the common shares will be worthless in the future. They could be cancelled and exchanged, they could be the same and have more value, who knows what will happen until the future? Have they sold their equity position in Deepcor? What about the BP claim and the nol's?
