I agree with that. Once dilution is done, this stock's price could run up (..a tick or so), but never copper or zinc especially with that many BILLIONs Outstanding in my opinion.
Sad part, once the dilution is done, huge reverse split will shortly follow in my opinion.
I have seen many times a stock with billions of shares in the float do massive reverse splits.
