IMHO, both parties are aware of the range and the likely final number.

If the number were material to JNJ, they would have referenced this as a contingency item in their financials.

Further, since both parties are likely aware of the final number, and the DECN share price resides in the low teens....

Then we have the fact that not one share of DECN has been added by a DECN officer/insider/director since this company was known as Instacare. Simply reference the financials for that information....I did.
