Lol, If you can sell, you should... Unfortunately, I seriously doubt you sell the shares. This POS is not going anywhere. AS has never been reduced. They will probably continue to dilute (although it is becoming more difficult for them) until q1 next year, going into next year they will most likely perform another RS, this time with an AS Reduction, this way they can wipe out any and all shares from those who converted their preferred. Once that is completed they will wait around another 1-2 quarters, Then and only then will there be any sort of news (unfortunately it will come with an unannounced AS increase so they can dilute it back to trips).

Same old game her fellas, Nothing to see, move along....
