The truth is Ntephe does not wish to meet or speak to any shareholder other than Offor. It has been over 3 years since he faced shareholders at the last shareholder meeting. And conference calls ceased even before that. Part of his job is to interact with shareholders, keep them informed and keep them encouraged. He has failed at that just as badly as he has failed at building shareholder value. Does anyone really think those pathetic shareholder updates that never answer any questions and just regurgitate old info are adequate? When does he ever do anything else?

So, yes, he is hiding under his desk and only emerges when his paycheck is threatened by lack of cash and shares. Then he will briefly show his face and disappear again. I don't care what anyone says, we deserve a better CEO than that.
