That's what I keep wondering. Has Ackman or Bruce been slowly liquidating?

One would think not, but those guys are ruthless and will do whatever it takes to make money. Fnma is such a small portion of Pershing's overall portfolio that I could imagine Ackman giving up if he heard something regarding DC, for example, that spells further legal troubles. Even as interesting a prospect as he has called FNMA, these guys are not married to any ticker.
