14.7m was represented Ann Lurie ownership(not A&B), A&B filed a stake of 10,182,639 shares. but yoy right that total ownership - unchanged.it's great Because i have read that total ownetrship decreased past year. looks like they didn't refer the 1/20 R/S.

This 33% year-over-year revenue growth for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 was driven by our expanding customer base and associated infectious disease microbiology test revenue, which grew more than 69% over Q3 2014. The Company also confirmed full year revenue guidance for 2015 of $18-20 million.
