Yes, all they have to do is have net earnings exceed the cumulative losses and the Going Concern goes away. Google had a Going Concern in the Prospectus when they went public. Granted their's was really boilerplate more then this company, but any company that has decent SEC legal will include it for some time. It's not to minimize the risk here but to clarify.
