My post questions how money is contributed to the school if the card is spent at a non retailer. It seems that the common consensus is that the "fees" will include some money that gets contributed. But that's contrary to how credit and debit cards function, because we have no "fee", the business we spend money at does. The question is, then, HOW does the money get to the school and to NWAV, if the store is a Non-partner?
There are indeed so many ways to get "school fuel" working in a similar, realistic fashion, I am thinking of ways right now in fact, but i'd much rather save the ideas for after I get a response so nothing gets confused.
