In the last 10 or so days you've posted this information several times. The same information.
You are posting three basic things-
first, a report from a website called stocklemon who claims that HOM acted fraudulently. Have you looked at stocklemon's site and disclaimers? Have you scrutinized the claims being made against HOM? My conclusion- stocklemon is a short-seller and the claims they are making against HOM are specious at best.
second, the class action suits by a host of scurrilous, ambulance chasing law firms. Very credible people, they.
third, this delay in Nasdaq listing, which seems to be a consequence of the first two issues and the resulting stock drubbing. I strongly suspect this will be cleared up in the near future and HOM will soon be listed on the NAS.
I just wonder, in your zeal for exposing crooks, whether you bring much scrutiny to bear on the individual situations or whether you just hunt for anything that can be thrown in the crook cauldren.
In the case of HOM, I think it can be put in your crook cauldren, but it's those you think are exposing the situation that should be brought to a boil.
