(OTC PINK: SHOM), a holding company providing healthcare services, staffing and medical equipment to medical institutions and facilities announced today that it completed the acquisition purchase of the Greenville/Spartanburg, SC franchisee market.

This acquisition alone should increase Encore division revenues 500K and make a substantial increase in 1st quarter 2015 profits vs. 1st quarter 2014.
