Debt not totally gone

The problem is that it looks like the company make almost no money after processing. i.e. Revenue just seems to over the cost of producing the gold/silver and there is no profit left over for debt or equity.

While the old company bonds got wiped out, the DIP financing and Swap had to take tens of millions of dollars of debt in NewCo since the cash did not exist to pay them off.

That what the problem is. If the company was making a few million or more per month, then they would not have been in trouble or could have reorganized without the existing common getting only warrants in NewCo.

In any case, since there is no public market, unless a private sale is somehow arranged, there is no way to trade the NewCo equity.

I think that if someday they do put out financial statements, they will show the company continues to lose money and is sliding towards liquidation for 2017.
