IMO they are still afraid after getting burned after the run in January 2014 that a lot of penny pot stocks went on

some went from the trips to .12 and back so some people made a small fortune and others lost 85-95% of their entire investment

IMO once this pot market starts to run again they wont want to be left on the sidelines and everyone will be piling in
