He is well know to grab a dying ticker, reverse split, take on toxic notes and then when timed perfectly with the conversion dates of the notes he comes up with some really good pump and dump stories. Takes in loads of cash in the lending process, and allows his toxic lender pals and in come cases some of his own toxic lender companies to rake in some dough so that they can move on to the next victim, oh, I mean investment, Right Joe?
