The group pushing the involuntary bankruptcy is Manhattan Isotope Technologies and the Kittens as they are fighting for the release of their generator recycling technology as they have moved back to their facility in Texas.

Positron continues to blame Bracco for supply issues regarding camera sales when Bracco started 15 new customers last year. The industry won't touch these guys.

On a positive note for the Cardiac PET industry, Zevacor is months ahead of schedule on the 70 project and should open up supply to allow for aggressive growth in Q1/Q2.
