I ask seriously "What kind of a CEO would ever operate this way if it were not part of nefarious agenda to get ERHC assets driven into the hands of an inside few "???

Words like fraud and embezzlement ( act of dishonestly withholding assets for the purpose of conversion (theft) of such assets, by one or more persons to whom the assets were entrusted, either to be held or to be used for specific purposes )come to mind !!
