With that in mind...and can't control or care if you believe me, I am gambling here to make at least >> six figures. My plan is not to get out by EOY or even by end of first quarter '16. The writing is on the wall for me...for this play...not a "play" anymore, as I thought early in the year. Now...before now...since mid summer...an investment.

When speaking to newcomers, I admit I try to get them to see this as an investment. They will do what they want.
