Indeed, Babylon, where one places the stop is a whole 'nother discussion...I used the 50 cents only as an example and wished only to present the importance of stops as a concept. For my own part, I play it much more conservatively. I try to make entries at support, or resistance points and most often place the stop < 10 cents from the entry...the theory being that if the stop is reached, it means support, or resistance has been violated and further erosion is more than likely and a better entry (or, an entry for the opposite direction from the original intent) inevitable.
