PFE/AGN—To the degree Treasury is successful [at deterring tax invesrions], more companies will simply get bought out by foreign-domiciled companies.

There’s already scuttlebutt that the PFE-AGN deal will be structured in a manner that makes AGN the “acquiring” company (#msg-118633099). Stay tuned.
