I fully agree. However, regarding the RS vote, I'm leaning towards an abstention.

I figure that since there are NO details of any plans made public, there is likewise NO reason for me to support an UNKNOWN plan. With the Kosmos deal, it is highly unlikely that they have to RS to survive, so that is off the table as a reason to support it.

By the same token, there is also NO reason to oppose it, other than it will be more difficult to get to ten dollars than to 10 cents, all other things being equal...
