Here are some international funds that were up good on Friday as Europe and Asia were up on Thursday nite/Friday morning:

For Schwab none of these have fees for short term trading, although there is a $50 transaction fee if sold before 90 days. The exception with no transaction fees is Profunds UNPIX. This is as per their website. I would double check any of them with a telephone call to Schwab before trading. In comparison they are reasonably correlated to Europe, but less so to Japan. This correlation is not one to one but close enough to warrant another look. The best I think is MRIBX. So, on Thursday the US is up good and Europe/Japan are up well on Thursday nite/Friday morning. Then with the US struggling on Friday these funds are up good as of Fridays close. Interesting.

Caveat to potentially poor research or faulty logic...very busy yard day Saturday, dinner/movie Saturday nite, church Sunday morning, family Sunday afternoon, now homemade chocolate brownies for tonite and waffles for the coming week that work for my alergy daughter...I'm fadding.
