Fred the "electrical Shorts" are where the normal electrical flow in the heart takes a "short cut" and causes the heart to skip beats or throw in an irregular beat or suddenly go into rapid beating. Useing radio frequency(RF)and from inside the heart they burn the spots of the short circuits which basically take out the short. It works but for some reason I keep getting new spots.
