People can "bail" whenever they choose...they don't have to wait for some imaginary disappointing expectation that they have created in their noodle.

I personally don't give a rat's patootie about how much upfront cash $EPGL receives as part of any deal with $COO, $INTC, $GOOG or whoever. The whole deal is king because that is what truly will measure their VALUE versus their PRICE.

I predict they will receive from $10.1 to $473.22 million upfront for $COO/$EPGL Agreement. Let's watch and see if I'm right!!!
