I'd say so. I've been waiting and watching for this one to show signs of life, thought it was going to get off to the races there last month but those rallies were snuffed out. Now this is coiled up even tighter and looks pretty darn promising. .10 - .11 was a beast of a ceiling to fight through and ultimately the bulls never made it, obviously since we're down here now, but when/if they can clear it on another attempt.. massive upside to come. IMHO
