Niclas had said they would work on decreasing the loss a few years back, which they have year over year.

Next thing he addressed for shareholders were the poor margins. This year they have been working on that, with some success although still not where they need/should be.

So Niclas and the board HAVE addressed shareholder concerns with positive results, even if not fully realized yet.

Now he's looking into the low share price, while that's still a major concern, I'm sure it will/has been addressed and the result will be forth coming.

Bottom line, they have a ways to go to be a financially solid company but they have come along way in the past 4 years.......growing revenue, clients and respect in the industry(aka awards etc)
