Rayank, I think you are over analyzing the Confidential Treatment filing. I strongly doubt the market is reacting to it. In fact I doubt "The Street cares.
I think there's a lot of standard operating procedures with regards to it. Most/many companies probably have the very same things going on.
We have importing contracts and formulas. Anyone else can add to that.
I never noticed this type of filing before, but I never looked that closely. Pallini opted to continue with ROX, and Jefferson's is becoming very valuable.
It excites me just knowing the government is allowing ROX to keep secrets.
