Capt - I only invest in leveraged Profunds so I can't really say. I really like the Profunds 2X Nikkei and Emerging Markets to play this bounce. My guess is that the US will underperform the International Markets for the next 2-3 years, before the global markets "fall off the face of the earth" during the next major bear market. Many predict it will happen sometime between 2010-2011 which is timed near the 120yr grand supercycle correction.
