Can't hose a noteholder with an RS. The debt continues on and the noteholder continues to get shares at a discount, most of the notes here at TBEV are a 56% discount. It just takes less shares to make the payments, interest, principle and in most cases here penalties because most of the notes have already matured and are past due.
