He may not have sold his shares to all of us. But they are worth considerable less now and less still if the r/s appears to go through with now 8k for the equity line. If he doesn't sell the note to the company there will be no 8k. His shares will be useless.
So he gets a fair price from the company for the note or he gets low low trips from us. What would you do in that situation?
