No Chuck all shares will be restricted per TA.

As for the restriction that was a given, 8% dumped into an already wild market would have pushed us even lower.

I do believe there is still a huge short position could some selling short thinking the divvy was not restricted. LOL

We will get ours, how much they will be worth 2 years from now is the rub?
