Still making lower lows...needs to close about $1.28 and also above the 150-day MA of $1.24 to at least stop some technical bleeding.

Lots of technical damage which began in 2014, but there does appear to be a glimmer of hope right now. I would not get carried away just yet. PPHM had increasing volume in Feb-Mar & May Jun 2015 only to see the share price plummet. PPHM has a nasty habit of providing disappointment after disappointment (except to the realists), so we'll just have to wait and see if the up-trend is for real.
