MNTA—I'm personally intrigued by their Lovenox damages suit.

The Lovenox patent case (what you were referring to) just got more interesting with today’s ruling by the CAFC, remanding the case to the District Court for a trial on the merits of MNTA’s patents:

NVS/MNTA’s suit against TEVA was dismissed, but the suit against AMPH (and its partner, AGN) continues.
