Yes.. Guess "Ross Financial", "STS Inc. and "Eastern" are all owned by Ken Dart.

It is interesting that Ross Financials last filing for CVTX was on February 17, 2009 and the Gilead Buyout Announcement for $20/share was on March 12, 2009.

Like you, I would like to see where it states that Ross Financial owns 26,440,278. If that is the case Ken Dart owns a ton of PPHM.
