The SEC ACCEPTED FORM 10. They uploaded their standard Acceptance Letter dated October 8 to Edgar.

I recall disputes as to whether the SEC did, in fact, accept the Form 10 and concerns our CEO issued a press release stating the same. Please note that Ed's Press Release was issued the same day the SEC informed him of their acceptance.
