Seriously? And what do you expect the FBI to do? Not a single law was broken by anyone EXCEPT by ITEN's management. Which is why the stock was suspended and will be revoked.

You really should educate yourself about basic securities law. What the SEC did is not only legally correct, it is SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). You can start learning at www.sec.gov and specifically at http://www.sec.gov/investor/alerts/ib_delinquent_filers.htm.

They make it very clear what will happen to delinquent filers.

You have no one to blame but yourself for your predicament. You should have known BEFORE you bought the stock it was seriously delinquent with the SEC and would be suspended and registration revoked. It was guaranteed to happen.
