Sure I understand it's a cost of doing business, but it can be considered a one-time charge and adjusted out of the loss for purposes of looking at the "operating" business. In short, the company is not going to have $80 million in cold stacking charges every quarter moving forward.

Almost all companies report EPS numbers on an adjusted basis, but HERO did not this past quarter; most likely due to the bankruptcy proceedings.

All IMO of course.
