This can certainly be seen as a blatant attempt to entice buying of SNEY by the head in order to create liquidity , that factual answer lies in simple records, how many affiliates or associates there of sold their newly off restrict shares based on this and other PRs during the spring of 2014 which had outlandish and undeliverable promises??
