An explanation of forward splits on shell stocks and what I imagine is going on;

So the shell has 100K float, or less. The shell find A R/M partner. At this point they cancel most of the outstanding shares then do a forward split.

Then they issue the new shares to the R/M company.

Next step is to move the price of the stock to a reasonable level for a private placement they've arranged.

And VIOLA! 10 bagger

Then again it could be something else all together........
